Meet The Team

Lainey is the co-owner and lead stylist behind The Shade Room Hair and Skin Studio, known for creating beautiful, customized blonding and luxury extension transformations.  Passionate about elevating both clients and stylists, she also coaches salon professionals on technique, pricing for profit, and building sustainable careers behind  the chair. 

Her goal is to ensure every client leaves feeling confident while helping stylists grow successful, fulfilling careers in the beauty industry.

Lainey is the founder of their very own black label extension line.

Laiken is the founder and lead stylist behind The Shade Room Hair and Skin Studio, specializing in luxury hair extensions and rich, dimensional copper tones.  Known for her precision and attention to detail, she loves helping clients achieve customized looks that enhance their natural beauty.

In addition to working behind the chair, Laiken is passionate about educating fellow stylists and sharing advanced techniques to help elevate salon services and experiences. 

Olivia is an independent stylist at The Shade Room who specializes in effortless lived-in colors and seamless extension transformations.  She loves creating low-maintenance looks that grow out beautifully while still making clients feel fresh and confident.

When she's not behind the chair, Olivia also manages social media for the salon, helping showcase the artistry and atmosphere that make The Shade Room special.

Olivia has been a member of The Shade Room from the very beginning, when Lainey, Laiken and herself opened their shared suite together.

Jordan brings creativity and bold energy to the salon floor, loving all things vivid colors, edgy cuts and layered styles.  Passionate about self-expression through hair, she enjoys working with clients who want something fun, modern, and unique.

Jordan is continuously learning and growing her craft while helping clients step outside their comfort zone with confidence.

Emma is The Shade Room's talented nail artist, specializing in Gel-X extensions and custom nail designs.  From classic sets to bold, artistic creations, she loves bringing each client's vision to life while providing a relaxing and fun nail experience.

Ryelee loves working with custom coloring and hair extensions, helping clients achieve personalized looks that enhance their style and confidence.  focused on continuing her education and refining her skills, she is excited to grow while delivering beautiful results for every guest in her chair.
